Can I export my receipt data?
Yes. You can export your parsed receipt data in JSON format at any time through the web interface or API.
Does using the API cost extra?
No. Parsing receipts—whether through the API, app integrations, or the web interface—always uses the same credit rate. There are no additional fees.
Do failed parsing attempts count toward my limit?
Yes. Every request goes through our full parsing pipeline. Submitting very low-quality images or images that aren’t receipts will still consume credits and count toward your limit.
Do my unused credits roll over to the next month?
Yes. Credits are valid for 120 days since the purchase. After the valid period, any remaining credits from that purchase is deducted from your account.
How accurate is the receipt parsing?
Our parsing accuracy typically exceeds 97% for most receipts. Extremely complex or low-quality images may require manual review of the extracted data.
What file formats are supported for receipt uploads?
We support common image formats including JPG, PNG, SVG files. For best results, ensure your images are clear and well-lit. You can also upload HEVC files when using the web interface.
What's the maximum file size for receipt uploads?
Individual receipt images can be up to 5MB in size. Larger files may fail to upload or process correctly.
